As we prepare for the possibility of an inclement weather eLearning day, here are some details to keep in mind:
Students should be bringing home Chromebooks every day.
We seek to make decisions about school cancellations as early as possible and will communicate that via text message, voice calls, district social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), and through local TV stations.
eLearning materials will be available to students on Canvas by 9:00 a.m. More info about Canvas: https://sites.google.com/concord.k12.in.us/dlff/canvas-parents
All eLearning Day assignments are asynchronous, meaning students can complete them at their own pace and do not need to join a Google Meet unless participating in office hours with their teacher.
Teachers will offer 4½ hours of office hours during eLearning Days. Office hours will be communicated to you by your child’s teacher.
Students will have five days to complete assignments. Students must attempt to complete eLearning Day assignments in order to be counted “present” for the day.
